The role combines sales, marketing, e-commerce, and social media work to increase sales, manage online marketplaces, and improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol marketplace accounts.
- Upload and manage platform products, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor marketplace orders, performance, and reports.
- Develop sales strategies and identify business opportunities while maintaining client relationships.
- Create and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok presence and create posts, reels, ads, and promotions.
- Run paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance, and provide reports.
- Coordinate with sales to generate leads and conversions.
- Respond to customer inquiries through social media and digital channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, or social media management.
- Experience managing Noon, Amazon, or other marketplace platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and paid ads.
- Knowledge of content creation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
