Role overview

Operations and fulfilment

• Manage inventory control, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and distribution.
• Oversee inbound shipments from receipt and quality verification through GRN completion and put-away.
• Own order fulfilment across retail stores, e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, and export customers.
• Ensure accurate, timely replenishment dispatches to retail stores across UAE locations.
• Prioritize e-commerce and marketplace orders to meet SLAs and delivery timelines.
• Plan and improve workflows to increase warehouse productivity, accuracy, and fulfilment speed.

Dispatch, inventory, and team

• Manage dispatch using the company fleet, couriers, and third-party logistics partners.
• Monitor backlogs, pending orders, fulfilment performance, and inventory availability, and implement corrective actions.
• Reconcile physical stock with ERP records and ensure all inventory movements are recorded.
• Supervise, coach, and develop 5–10 warehouse employees.
• Improve processes for receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Manage customer, marketplace, and store returns and reconcile returned inventory.

Compliance and maintenance

• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, shipment records, and inventory reports.
• Maintain warehouse security, housekeeping, health and safety standards, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment and company vehicles.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar warehouse management role.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
