Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Female) Arabic Nationality to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills, and the ability to manage sales coordination, marketing planning, and detailed operational follow-up.

This role requires someone who can plan, analyze, follow up, and execute with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare sales forecasts and support monthly & quarterly sales plans
• Track performance vs targets and identify opportunities
• Assist in building structured sales strategies

Marketing & Market Analysis

• Develop and support marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and product positioning
• Gather and report market intelligence regularly

Pricing & Market Monitoring

• Compare market prices daily and provide insights
• Support pricing strategy based on real market data
• Monitor product demand and availability

Sales Team Coordination

• Follow up with sales team on daily activities and targets
• Ensure smooth communication between management, suppliers, and team
• Support order planning and customer follow-ups

Reporting & Operations

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain accurate data and operational records
• Ensure all processes are followed with attention to detail

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Coordination
• Fluent in Arabic and English (very good level required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multitasking and fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Experience in sales forecasting and market analysis is a plus

Important Note:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
