About This Role

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Managing Director/Sales Director to lead the company’s commercial growth and operational execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive spare parts / aftermarket industry, with a proven track record in expanding product portfolios, increasing sales, and entering new markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on growth, sales, and operations.


Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Expand the company’s product portfolio by identifying and sourcing new automotive spare parts

  • Identify and enter new geographic markets (Middle East, Africa, etc.)

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share


Sales & Commercial Development

  • Lead and manage sales and operations teams

  • Drive sales growth across existing and new customers

  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and fleet operators

  • Improve pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitiveness


Supply Chain & Operations

  • Manage supplier relationships and product sourcing (OEM / aftermarket brands)

  • Oversee ordering, inventory planning, and supply coordination

  • Ensure efficient product availability and minimize stock issues


Collections & Customer Management

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers

  • Monitor customer credit and enforce payment discipline

  • Maintain strong client relationships while protecting company interests
