Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Sales Manager** to lead our immigration sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring strong conversion rates from leads to successful case closures.
This role requires strong leadership, target orientation, and deep understanding of immigration sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Drive sales of immigration services including **Canada PR, Australia PR, skilled migration programs, visit visas, and global immigration solutions covering UK, Europe (Schengen), USA, and other key destination countries**
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue
- Monitor daily sales performance, follow-ups, and CRM activity
- Train and guide sales consultants to improve closing ratios
- Handle escalated client queries and ensure excellent customer experience
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company processes and immigration regulations
- Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Maintain discipline in pipeline management and lead tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager (immigration, visa, or consultancy industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of **Canada & Australia PR pathways, visit visa services, and global immigration programs would be an added advantage**
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and manage a sales team
- UAE experience will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
