  • Recruit, hire and train sales reps in accordance with market demand
  • Motivate and develop talent through in-field observation, personal coaching and classroom training
  • Conduct weekly sales and staff meetings that focus on improvement and performance
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas for the office
  • Practice sound management in all aspects of business operation
  • Interpersonal skills to work closely with support staff (Production Manager, Marketing Manager & Sales Administration Staff)
  • Top producing sales managers whose teams have exceeded targets over time
  • Experience in recruiting Sales Reps and then making them successful
  • Ability to lead a sales team through training, coaching and personal example
  • Highly Motivated to be Successful
  • Must be 21 years old and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
