Sales Manager - Specialty Coffee

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients.
• Build relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Develop business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail.
• Manage the sales pipeline, targets, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain existing client relationships and grow accounts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the coffee or F&B industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network within the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi coffee market.
• English proficiency is required.
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
