Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager

We are Hiring: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager with Dubai Islands Project Sales Experience for One Broker Group

Salary - AED 20,000-25,000 monthly + Commissions

The candidate must have strong experience of having worked on projects on Dubai Islands.

-This role serves as the primary custodian of the assigned exclusive project, driving high-velocity absorption rates while maximizing revenue through a strategic mix of direct sales, external agency contributions, & internal cross-selling.

-Achieve monthly, quarterly, & annual revenue targets for the assigned team & the specific exclusive project.

-Strategically balance the sales mix to increase the ratio of direct deals versus external agency deals to maximize company margins, while ensuring volume targets are met.

-Engage with developers & their teams to build strong working relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for inventory updates, pricing strategies, & market feedback.

-Ensure marketing-generated leads are responded to promptly & closed efficiently as per company guidelines.
