I.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager at DirectFN is responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth within DirectFN's commercial operations in Saudi Arabia — the company's home market and largest revenue base. This role manages the KSA sales pipeline, leads a team of sales executives and account managers, and wins new business with leading Saudi financial institutions. The Sales Manager works closely with the KSA Commercial Director, product, delivery, customer success, and marketing stakeholders to position DirectFN as the preferred capital markets technology and financial content partner for Saudi Arabia's rapidly evolving financial sector under Vision 2030's Financial Sector Development Programme.

II.

1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Execute DirectFN's KSA sales strategy, covering new business development and existing client growth.
  • Own and deliver assigned KSA sales targets against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and quotas to ensure predictable revenue delivery.

2. New Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities with Tadawul members, commercial banks, brokerage houses, asset managers, and investment firms.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing offers.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DirectFN's KSA clients and prospects.
  • Manage account renewals, retention, and client satisfaction in coordination with Accounts Management and Customer Success.
  • Represent DirectFN in Saudi capital markets forums, CMA events, and industry associations.

4. Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the KSA sales team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and development.
  • Support the hiring, onboarding, and development of sales staff.

5. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Saudi capital markets landscape, CMA regulations, and Tadawul developments.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and fintech trends to inform sales approaches.
  • Provide market and client feedback to the product and marketing teams.

6. Reporting & Governance

  • Provide the KSA Commercial Director with regular sales, pipeline, and forecast reports.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with DirectFN's pricing, contract, and governance standards.

& Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of commercial or sales experience in fintech, capital markets technology, or financial services in Saudi Arabia, with at least 2 years leading or managing a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi capital markets ecosystem, Tadawul, CMA regulations, and key financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and winning new business in KSA.
  • Experience in enterprise or solution sales and commercial negotiation.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Team Leadership: Develops and motivates the sales team to deliver strong results.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi capital markets, regulation, and institutional client dynamics.
