Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for Refrigeration systems, Valves, Pipes, and Fittings across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sales expertise, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in industrial, HVAC, Oil & Gas, MEP, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within refrigeration, HVAC, Oil & Gas, industrial, MEP, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Promote refrigeration systems, cold storage solutions, compressors, chillers, valves, pipes, fittings, flanges, and related mechanical products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, distributors, procurement teams, and end users.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to promote company solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of UAE/GCC experience in sales of refrigeration systems, valves, pipes, fittings, HVAC, or industrial mechanical products.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, piping products, industrial equipment, and Oil & Gas/MEP markets.
  • Proven experience in project sales and business development.
  • Existing network with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and industrial clients in the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of industrial products and solutions.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
