Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for
maintaining, growing, and developing strong client relationships
.
This role requires
strategic planning, sales forecasting, and consistent achievement of sales targets
, contributing directly to the company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients
- Identify and close sales opportunities through proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with creative, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Minimum Qualifications
- **5+ years of experience**
- with top
- brand experience, exhibitions, or events agencies
- in the region
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager with consistent achievements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required (must hold a valid passport and meet visa requirements)
