Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive quarterly and annual sales targets through hands-on team leadership
  • Track individual KPIs and keep the team accountable to performance benchmarks
  • Build and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals
  • Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Run regular performance and pipeline reviews
  • Oversee lead distribution and monitor conversion ratios
  • Spot performance gaps early and put corrective plans in place
  • Build relationships with key clients and strategic partners to support closings
  • Maintain sales discipline, accountability, and accurate reporting
  • Partner with management on forecasting and market trend analysis
  • What we are looking for
  • **2–3+ years of real estate sales experience, specifically with a brokerage firm**
  • (not developer-side sales)
  • Proven track record of closing
  • AED 100 million+ in annual sales volume
  • Strong understanding of the
  • UAE/GCC real estate market
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Confident communicator in
  • Arabic and English
  • (written and verbal)
  • A valid
  • UAE residence visa
  • (or eligibility/timeline to obtain one)
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (required); Bachelor's degree a plus
