Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets through effective team leadership.
  • Monitor, track, and ensure all team members consistently meet or exceed their individual sales KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company revenue objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and target follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper lead distribution and monitor conversion ratios across the team.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to support team closings.
  • Maintain overall sales discipline, accountability, and reporting accuracy within the team.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast sales, analyze market trends, and improve revenue performance.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2–3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving annual sales volumes of AED 100 million or more.
  • Field of Expertise
  • Strong background in tenant/customer relationship management.
  • Significant exposure to and understanding of the GCC and UAE real estate market.

Technical & Interpersonal Skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree is a strong added advantage.
