Job Summary
Baron Prime Real Estate Development LLC is seeking a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager specializing in off-plan property sales.
The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth by promoting the company’s off-plan projects to local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for off-plan projects
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize project revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with investors, brokers, and clients
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns for project launches
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
- Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum **5–8 years of real estate sales experience**, with a strong focus on **off-plan projects**
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and off-plan sales processes
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
