About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for our pasta manufacturing company to lead and expand our sales operations across the UAE and GCC markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG food sales, export business development, distributor management, and key account handling within the pasta, food manufacturing, or related industry.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, increasing market share, managing distributor networks, and achieving revenue targets across domestic UAE and export GCC markets.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in UAE and GCC countries.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, wholesalers, and retail channels.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, supermarkets, and food service clients.
Export & GCC Market Management
- Manage export sales operations across GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
- Handle distributor appointments, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, GCC regulations, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within GCC markets.
Customer & Key Account Management
- Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business review meetings.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market reports.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth order execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Team Management
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for sales staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience in pasta, food products, or related FMCG categories preferred.
- Proven experience in UAE local market and GCC export sales.
- Strong network with distributors, supermarkets, and wholesale markets in GCC.
- Knowledge of export procedures and GCC market regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
