Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven, experienced, and motivational Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager to lead our real estate brokerage team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both off-plan and secondary market sales, along with proven leadership skills to train, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop winning sales strategies, oversee daily team operations, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching, including product knowledge, market insights, and sales pitch development
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan and secondary property markets
  • Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across the team
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Oversee lead management, ensuring proper follow-up, conversion, and CRM tracking
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities
  • Support agents in closing deals, negotiations, and client relationship management
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to build a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to align campaigns with sales objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in real estate brokerage
  • Strong background in both off-plan and secondary market sales (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5–8 years of real estate experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate platforms
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and drive performance improvements
  • Real estate license (preferred/mandatory as per local regulations)
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
