We're looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** to lead our Real Estate Sales team in Abu Dhabi.
If you have a proven track record in the UAE real estate market and a passion for driving sales performance, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Off-Plan and Secondary projects.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager (Off-Plan).
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluent in **Arabic and English**.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
