Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals and targets.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategic plans accordingly.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Volkswagen products and the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
