What You'll Be Doing:
Drive advertising and sponsorship revenue against quarterly and annual sales targets
Own agency & brand relationships as the primary contact; keep the pipeline moving from prospecting to close
Develop strategic account plans to grow existing business and unlock new opportunities
Design and pitch integrated solutions (OTT/Linear, sponsorships, branded content, social, programmatic) with cross‑functional partners
Drive operational excellence with disciplined CRM, reliable forecasting, and proactive issue resolutions with partner teams
Be a first point of contact for any challenges, negotiations or objections
Develop your own sales collateral and bespoke market intelligence, win/loss learnings, and category playbooks in partnership with cross functional teams
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years' experience in a commercial or sales-oriented environment
Experience in TV/OTT/digital media sales
Customer centric approach to sales
Hunger for closing new business
Operational discipline in pipeline and forecast management
Strong objection handling skills
A very proactive mindset and approach to sales
An all-around good human
