We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to expand luxurious carpet business across the Middle East especially targeting high-end hospitality / commercial and residential industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Location

Middle East Region *hybrid – Dubai or Saudi base

Salary

Key Focus Areas

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned market segment while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue for the carpet business.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging market trends, providing regular market intelligence reports and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify target customers, assess market potential, evaluate competitive positioning, and support business growth initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue relevant business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, client engagement, and relationship-building activities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators by delivering exceptional customer service, leveraging market insights, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business requirements, providing tailored product solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner by identifying root causes, developing practical solutions, preparing detailed reports, and recommending corrective actions by communicating with the HQ.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, commercial awareness, and market expertise to effectively position products, negotiate contracts, and support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, production, logistics, and management, to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and fulfillment of customer expectations.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, distributors, key industry stakeholders, and clients to strengthen business relationships and generate sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade exhibitions, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and identify new business prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in relevant field in Middle East.
  • Hospitality carpets, commercial flooring, or hospitality interior products (furniture, fabric covering, tiling and other related materials) are preferred.
  • Strong network within the hospitality sector, including hotel owners, operators, designers, and consultants
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
