Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced
Genuine Parts Sales Manager
to lead and expand our parts business across domestic and export markets.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in automotive genuine parts, with a solid understanding of regional logistics, customer expectations, export sales, and multi-brand parts operations.
UAE market experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Genuine Parts department sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Domestic & Export Sales
- Identify new business opportunities and new customer accounts
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor daily sales performance and adjust strategies to improve results
- Establish competitive pricing strategies to maximize gross profit margins
- Analyze sales reports, trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and product upselling efforts
- Train and coach sales staff on sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling
- Collaborate with service department to increase internal parts sales revenue
- Volume based targets & sales support to key-potential-customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive repeat and referral business.
- Track and manage KPIs such as revenue & gross profit
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to increase sales volume
- Monitor competitor pricing and activities to remain competitive
- Create sales through bundled offerings and promotions
- Oversee sales forecasting and demand planning to support revenue goals
- Day-to-day operations of the Genuine parts department
- Maintain optimal inventory levels based on market demand
- Monitor stock movement, Re-order on regular intervals
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, stock turnover, and dept. KPIs
- Record loss-sales or missed opportunities and make action plan to fill the gaps
Required Qualifications & Experience
- MBA, or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive genuine parts in managerial position
- Strong knowledge in Genuine Parts Sales-trend
- Experience handling
Japanese, Korean, American,
or
European
- vehicle brand Parts
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and import/export procedures
- Valid UAE driving license
