Role Overview
The company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand sales operations.
The role focuses on FMCG sales and distribution in the UAE market, leadership, target achievement, and key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue, distribution, and growth targets.
- Ensure Sales Supervisors meet daily and monthly targets for value, product mix, area coverage, returns, and promotions.
- Work hands-on in the marketplace to motivate supervisors and maintain customer service standards.
- Monitor performance, sales losses, shelf and display visibility, out-of-stock products, and staff and vehicle performance.
- Allocate and verify daily supervisor tasks and report market and competitor developments.
- Conduct monthly supervisor appraisals and provide rated assessments.
- Support advertising and promotional plans in line with sales strategy and budget.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of FMCG sales management experience within the UAE or GCC.
- Strong network of retail and distribution contacts.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver sales targets.
- Fluent English is required, and Arabic is listed as an advantage in the main requirements.
- A UAE driving license is required.

Compensation
- The advertised pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
