The company is hiring a Merchandiser cum Delivery worker to support retail merchandising and customer deliveries.
Merchandising and delivery duties
- Display and stock products in retail outlets, monitor inventory, and replenish products to meet customer demand.
- Build relationships with store staff, collaborate with Sales on merchandising strategies, and execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Manage delivery routes and schedules; operate vehicles safely and handle products carefully during transportation.
- Provide customer service during deliveries and keep accurate inventory, delivery, and customer-interaction records.
- Attend team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales or logistics certifications are a plus.
- Previous merchandising, delivery, or related FMCG experience; the posting specifies 2 years of merchandising experience.
- Familiarity with local routes; valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness to lift and move merchandise and proficiency with mobile navigation and order-tracking apps.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
