We are at the beginning of our growth journey and looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
who can build strategic commercial relationships with gyms, studios, wellness brands, and health-tech companies.
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are looking for someone with a strong network, deep commercial experience, and the ability to close partnerships and deals that create real growth.
The Role
As our
Sales Manager
- , you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic relationships across the fitness, wellness, and health-tech ecosystem.
- You will work directly with the founders and have influence across:
- Growth
- Sales strategy
- Partnerships
- Go-to-market
- Business development
- This is an opportunity to help shape the commercial function from the ground up.
What You’Ll Do
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with gyms, studios, wellness brands, coaches, and health-tech companies
- Lead outreach, negotiations, and deal execution independently
- Develop new distribution channels and growth opportunities
- Create partnerships and commercial collaborations that support scalable growth
- Represent the company at industry events and within the fitness-tech ecosystem
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to turn opportunities into measurable growth
- Track sales pipeline performance, conversions, and partnership impact
Who We’Re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Strong existing network within fitness, wellness, health-tech, or consumer tech
- Proven track record of closing strategic deals and commercial partnerships
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct
- Comfortable operating independently in an early-stage startup environment
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Someone who identifies opportunities and turns them into growth
- Builder mindset: you want to help create systems, strategy, and long-term scale

A Note On Compensation
This is currently an equity-only role.
There is no fixed salary at this stage.
We are intentionally transparent about this because we are looking for people who genuinely believe in the vision and want to help build something with long-term potential.
