Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain corporate accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and participate in trade shows or networking events.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (events, operations, revenue) to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and account information using the hotel’s CRM system.
- What We Need From You:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector with a focus on corporate clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong network within the local and regional corporate market is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with hotel sales systems such as Opera Sales & Catering or Delphi is an advantage.
