Overview
One of our group company catering the F&B industry is looking for a Sales Manager.
Rashtions is a growing food brand based in the UAE, dedicated to delivering high-quality, vibrant products that reflect the region’s heritage while appealing to a modern global audience.
As we embark on an exciting rebranding journey, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong relationships, and expand our footprint across retail, hospitality, and airline partners.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong understanding of FMCG sales in the UAE and wider GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, including retailers, cafés, airlines, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for Rashtions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with brand direction and product availability.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives as the team grows.
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong network within retail, hospitality, and/or airline sectors in the UAE and GCC.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
What We Offer
- Salary Range between AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 monthly plus commission.
