Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a fast-growing international business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and enjoys working with senior decision-makers across multiple industries and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Create tailored commercial solutions aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Negotiate and close complex, high-value commercial agreements.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximise client retention and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional client delivery and satisfaction.
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
  • Support, coach, and mentor junior team members when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices

What We'Re Looking For

  • You must have B2B conference and exhibition sponsorship sales Experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or partnership development in B2B conference and exhibition sponsorship sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Experience working within international and multicultural environments.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
