Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets?
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a fast-growing international business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and enjoys working with senior decision-makers across multiple industries and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Create tailored commercial solutions aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value commercial agreements.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise client retention and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional client delivery and satisfaction.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Support, coach, and mentor junior team members when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
What We'Re Looking For
- You must have B2B conference and exhibition sponsorship sales Experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or partnership development in B2B conference and exhibition sponsorship sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute with strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience working within international and multicultural environments.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
