We're Hiring: Sales Manager (Japanese Speaker) | Dubai

Nouveaux Talents is supporting a leading international Events & Exhibitions organisation in the search for a

to join a high-growth commercial team based in Dubai.

This role offers the opportunity to work with senior decision-makers across the global events sector, building strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth across a portfolio of industry-leading events.

✔ Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, including high-value contracts

✔ Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders through a consultative sales approach

✔ Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Japanese market

✔ Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

✔ Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and commercial teams

✔ Represent the business at international events and exhibitions

-Native or fluent Japanese speaker with strong commercial understanding of the Japanese market.

-3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

-Strong experience in lead generation, business development, and consultative sales.

-Experience within events, exhibitions, conferences, media, or the energy sector is highly desirable.

-Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
