We’re now looking for

ambitious, driven and market-smart Sales Managers

who are ready to take ownership of their numbers, their clients and their careers.

This is a

high-impact individual contributor role

for professionals who thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven real estate environment and know how to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Grid Properties’ off-plan sales strategy and
  • consistently achieve (and exceed) your personal revenue targets
  • Manage the
  • complete sales cycle
  • – from first contact to booking, SPA signing and post-sale coordination
  • Actively generate and convert business through:
  • Direct clients and investors
  • Broker and channel partner networks
  • Referrals and personal pipelines
  • Deliver compelling
  • project presentations, site visits and virtual walkthroughs
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with:
  • Top performing brokers
  • High-net-worth and international investors
  • Work closely with the marketing team to
  • convert qualified leads into closed deals
  • Stay ahead of the market by tracking:
  • New launches and competitor projects
  • Pricing movements, demand trends and buyer behaviour
  • Regulatory and compliance updates
  • Ensure accurate documentation, booking forms and internal coordination for a
  • smooth handover and exceptional client experience
  • Represent Grid Properties at
  • exhibitions, roadshows and industry events

Requirements

  • **Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales**
  • , preferably in off-plan developments
  • A strong closer with a
  • verifiable sales track record
  • Bilingual –
  • English plus one additional language
  • *(Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian or any other European language is highly preferred)*
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Solid understanding of:
  • UAE property regulations
  • Buyer and investor profiles
  • Broker-driven sales models
  • Confident communicator with excellent
  • negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-driven, disciplined and able to operate independently
  • Comfortable working with
  • CRM systems and Microsoft Office
