We’re now looking for
ambitious, driven and market-smart Sales Managers
who are ready to take ownership of their numbers, their clients and their careers.
This is a
high-impact individual contributor role
for professionals who thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven real estate environment and know how to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Grid Properties’ off-plan sales strategy and
- consistently achieve (and exceed) your personal revenue targets
- Manage the
- complete sales cycle
- – from first contact to booking, SPA signing and post-sale coordination
- Actively generate and convert business through:
- Direct clients and investors
- Broker and channel partner networks
- Referrals and personal pipelines
- Deliver compelling
- project presentations, site visits and virtual walkthroughs
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with:
- Top performing brokers
- High-net-worth and international investors
- Work closely with the marketing team to
- convert qualified leads into closed deals
- Stay ahead of the market by tracking:
- New launches and competitor projects
- Pricing movements, demand trends and buyer behaviour
- Regulatory and compliance updates
- Ensure accurate documentation, booking forms and internal coordination for a
- smooth handover and exceptional client experience
- Represent Grid Properties at
- exhibitions, roadshows and industry events
Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales**
- , preferably in off-plan developments
- A strong closer with a
- verifiable sales track record
- Bilingual –
- English plus one additional language
- *(Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian or any other European language is highly preferred)*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of:
- UAE property regulations
- Buyer and investor profiles
- Broker-driven sales models
- Confident communicator with excellent
- negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-driven, disciplined and able to operate independently
- Comfortable working with
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office
