Aaban Services is a fast-growing UAE-based service company specializing in:

• Facility & Maintenance Services
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven **Sales Manager** to lead and grow our sales operations across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team across Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and Fujairah
- Generate new business for:
• Water Tank Cleaning AMC
- Anti-Termite Contracts
• Cleaning & Facility Services
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with:
• Real Estate Companies
- Contracting Companies
• Residential & Commercial Clients
- Conduct market visits and client meetings
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and payment recovery
- Monitor CRM/Odoo updates and ensure proper reporting
- Train and motivate the sales team for high performance
- Develop AMC-focused sales strategies for recurring business
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience
- Experience in Pest Control, Cleaning, FM, or Maintenance industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE market
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Experience with CRM/Odoo is an advantage
