As we scale, we are looking for a Sales Manager who brings energy, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for winning new business and building something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of new business development by identifying, targeting, and engaging high-potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, turning initial conversations into long-term partnerships.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Present tailored recruitment solutions with confidence, clarity, and a strong understanding of client needs.
  • Partner closely with the recruitment team to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hiring patterns to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain a structured and active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  • Represent the business professionally across meetings, networking events, and industry platforms.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance sales culture by sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales or business development within recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close effectively.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to approach sales strategically.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing structured sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An established network of HR leaders, hiring managers, or industry contacts.
  • Experience across permanent, contract, or temporary staffing solutions.
  • Previous experience in mentoring, leading, or supporting a sales team.
