Now, we’re looking for a
Arabic Speaking Sales Manager
to join our Dubai sales team and help drive growth for our regional business, with a focus on our SaaS and Telco offerings under the Engage & Connect business units, which leverages advanced AI and omnichannel technologies to revolutionize customer engagement for our clients.
What You Will Do
We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform.
As a Sales Manager, you drive sales and build strong client relationships.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that transform customer communication.
In your first 12 months, you will:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the MEA region enterprise market.
- Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell within your existing customer base.
Client Engagement
- Deliver engaging product demos (online and in-person) to showcase the value of our Engagement Platform.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaboration & Representation
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Represent CM.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your reach and identify new prospects.
Sales Operations
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage your sales activities, track progress, and provide insights to management.
Requirements
- That’s why you ideally have
- Tertiary qualification with a commercial focus.
- Minimum of 3 years in Sales / Account Management roles in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- International commercial experience in the SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you build rapport with clients and colleagues effortlessly.
- Superb presentation and closing abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business communications is an advantage.
