We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our regional sales operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and expanding profitable client portfolios in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive solution-based sales and account management across designated territories
- Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets
- Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company’s strategy
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM
- Monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and consistently drive revenue growth
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Represent the company at industry events
- Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value
- Continuously assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimize performance
What You Bring
- Proven experience in senior Sales role within Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Experience managing CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel for sales events and client meetings when required
