About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales team .
This role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit, train, and develop agents while actively driving revenue and establishing strong sales processes and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the real estate sales team from the ground up, including hiring property consultants and support staff
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-performing agents
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and training programs for new hires
- Establish team structure, roles, and performance expectations
- * Set up and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Define sales targets, KPIs, and commission structures
- Drive team performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Personally contribute to sales and close key deals when required
- * Create and implement training programs for new and existing agents
- Coach team members on product knowledge, client handling, and closing techniques
- Build a performance-driven and results-oriented sales culture
