Role Description

The Sales Manager will lead the growth of residential and light renovation services by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This full-time, on-site role includes prospecting new clients, responding to inbound inquiries, conducting site visits, and preparing clear, accurate proposals aligned with the company’s fixed pricing and service standards.

The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, developers, and repeat residential clients, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating terms within defined pricing frameworks, and coordinating closely with operations and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining CRM records, providing regular forecasts, and contributing feedback to improve services, pricing, and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills in home maintenance, renovation, construction, facilities management, or a related service industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a consultative and solution-focused sales approach.
  • Experience conducting site visits, preparing accurate proposals or quotations, and clearly explaining scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the Dubai real estate and property management landscape, including landlords, property managers, and developers, is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and work independently on-site.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across
