Role Description
The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Dots & Forms’ services, craftsmanship, and customer experience.
Day-to-day tasks include capturing and editing photo and video content on-site, writing compelling captions and short-form copy, and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent publishing calendar.
The Social Media Content Creator will interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and escalate service-related inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
The role also involves tracking content performance, reporting key metrics, and collaborating closely with operations, sales, and management to align social media storytelling with business priorities and brand voice.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills, including short-form copywriting, caption writing, and visual storytelling for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with photo and video production, including shooting on mobile or camera, basic lighting and framing, and editing using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
- Working knowledge of social media strategy and best practices, including content planning, hashtag research, posting schedules, and basic community management.
- Ability to analyze social media performance using native platform analytics or third-party tools, and translate insights into content improvements.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple content threads and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site at active maintenance and renovation jobs, with a practical mindset and respect for safety and client property.
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (agency, in-house, or freelance); experience in home services, construction, or real estate is an advantage.
