Sales Manager

Binghatti Developers is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and well-organized Sales Executive with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client and broker relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and demonstrate a strong track record in developer sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory experience in Dubai real estate developer sales.
  • Strong network of local and international brokers and agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Dubai property market and current industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales opportunities and maximize business growth through effective prospecting and client engagement.
  • Meet with prospective buyers and investors to understand their property requirements and present suitable Binghatti developments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project viewings for potential customers.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation, review, and execution of sales documentation, including reservation forms, purchase agreements, and related contracts.
  • Ensure smooth transaction closures by monitoring documentation, payment collections, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship management.
  • Maintain regular communication with broker agencies to strengthen partnerships and generate future sales opportunities.
  • Represent Binghatti Developers at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and enhance market presence.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Dubai real estate sector.

Job Type:** Full-time

**Salary:** AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
