We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven relationship manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

What We'Re Looking For
- 1–2 years of **Dubai real estate sales experience** (developer mandatory)
- Strong local and international broker network
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to maximize sales performance
- Deep understanding of the Dubai property market and current trends
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors, and property owners
- Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and investment goals
- Present suitable real estate opportunities and provide expert market advice
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
- Act as a trusted intermediary between property sellers and buyers
- Coordinate property viewings and showcase available listings effectively
- Negotiate and close property transactions successfully
- Oversee the preparation and execution of purchase agreements, lease contracts, and related documentation
- Ensure smooth transaction completion, including document approvals and payment processing
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, conferences, and networking functions
