About This Role
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
· Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and staffing requirements.
· Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
· Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
· Handle employee relations, including grievance management and conflict resolution.
· Oversee performance appraisal systems and support employee development initiatives.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
· Manage employee engagement and retention strategies.
· Administer payroll processing, including salary, commission, bonus, and payslip preparation.
· Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and advance salary processes.
· Manage visa processing, insurance coordination, and end-of-service benefits.
· Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
· Manage office facilities, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
· Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
· Monitor office budgets, expenses, and cost control measures.
· Maintain office records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
· Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall office environment standards.
· Support internal teams with administrative and operational requirements.
· Coordinate with the finance department for office cash flow and related matters.
· Organize and manage company events and internal activities.
· Conduct regular meetings with office managers and agents (weekly, mid-month, and monthly reviews).
· Oversee and support sales floor operations.
Prepare monthly target letters for managers and agents
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
