Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across the company's real estate projects.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record in real estate sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Drive sales of residential, commercial, and off-plan real estate projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, channel partners, and key clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to execute successful promotional campaigns and project launches.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and investor meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the real estate development sector.
  • Strong understanding of off-plan sales, property development, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and industry practices.
