Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with existing and prospective clients across banking, real estate, corporate, and institutional segments.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies.
The role involves collaborating closely with valuation, consulting, and operations teams to tailor solutions, ensure timely delivery of services, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within real estate, financial services, consulting, or related professional services.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers across banks, developers, corporates, and institutional clients.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver clear proposals, pitches, and client updates.
- Good understanding of valuation, real estate, investment, or advisory services, or the ability and willingness to learn these domains quickly.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, work with sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and use CRM or similar tools for tracking activities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage.
