What We’re Looking For
·
Minimum 4 years Dubai Experience
Strong, proven track record in real estate (secondary, off-plan, or developer portfolios).
·
Leadership First
Prior experience managing or stepping up to lead a team of Property Consultants.
·
Process-Driven
Someone who doesn’t just rely on "luck", you understand CRM pipelines, lead metrics, and structured performance targets.
·
RERA Knowledge
Deep understanding of Dubai’s property laws and developer landscapes.
