About the role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of Harbor Real Estate’s marketing function and ensuring that campaigns, project marketing plans, creative outputs, digital assets, and lead generation activities are aligned with business priorities.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight across project proposals, budget planning, campaign performance, website and landing page requirements, CRM and lead flow coordination, and cross-functional marketing support.

1. Strategy, Budgeting & Campaign Oversight

  • Plan & Execute: Develop and implement project-specific marketing plans, roadmaps, and proposals for new and existing developments.
  • Financial Control: Manage marketing budgets across all channels, reviewing performance against business targets to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.

2. Lead Generation & CRM Optimization

  • Funnel Management: Oversee lead generation performance across digital campaigns, landing pages, and real estate portals.
  • Data Alignment: Review lead quality and conversion metrics alongside sales/CRM teams, ensuring accurate lead routing and tagging within the CRM.

3. Brand, Creative & Portal Coordination

  • Quality Control: Pre-approve all creative assets (brochures, signage, social media, listings) to ensure strict alignment with brand standards and project accuracy.
  • Portal Visibility: Coordinate with media and listing teams to optimize property portal performance and project visibility.

4. Digital Assets & Technical Oversight

  • Web Optimization: Manage website updates, landing page creation, tracking setups, and bug fixes in coordination with web developers to improve user experience (UX).

5. Team Leadership & Performance Analytics

  • Cross-Functional Direction: Lead the internal marketing team and act as the central coordinator between management, sales, leasing, CRM, and external partners.
  • Reporting & Auditing: Prepare regular data reports on campaign KPIs and budgets, while identifying and fixing operational gaps.
