Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring customer interactions, managing complaints, improving processes, and ensuring compliance within the collections function to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Customer Interaction & Quality Monitoring
- Monitor calls, emails, and customer touchpoints to ensure service quality
- Evaluate communication effectiveness and provide feedback
- Track and report key performance metrics
Complaint Management & Risk Mitigation
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Analyze complaint trends and identify root causes
- Support risk mitigation through corrective and preventive actions
Process Improvement & Automation
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Support system changes and BAU operations
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure adherence to policies and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in collections/customer service/operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of collections processes and compliance standards preferred
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
