Job Title : Sales Manager

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Main Activities

• Participation in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan.
• Qualifying prospects, introducing them to Zen Interiors and determining their requirements, through direct sales, agents, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, assistance in sales prospecting, attending network events, etc.
• Acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients and explaining how we work.
• Setting and achieving targets and objectives as agreed with Head of Sales.
• Initiate, prepare and negotiate proposals with customers for products and services.
• Monitoring established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Developing potential customer lists to develop sales opportunities using available information and through market research.
• Attending weekly sales meeting and providing sales report to Head of Sales.
• Developing and supervising preparation of sales materials.
• Liaising with the operations department regarding execution and planning of projects.
• Maintain accurate and up to date database within relevant software programs
• Arrange final handover of projects
• Arrange to get and analyze feedback from customers

• The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
• Sales techniques
• Administration and documentation
• UAE sales experience
• A positive attitude towards making changes where necessary to improve performance
• Ability to maintain a prominent level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
