Role Description
NETVISS is seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
The role includes leading sales strategies, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product and service optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, customer acquisition, and target achievement
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in IT or cybersecurity sales, with knowledge of network security and related technologies
- Proficiency in market analysis, competitor evaluation, and preparing comprehensive proposals
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with multiple departments
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
- Prior experience with MSPs, large enterprises, or technology partners is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and emerging trends
