Sales Manager – Dubai Property
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead our real estate sales team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Dubai property market
- Generate high-value leads and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements
- Prepare reports on sales performance and forecast targets
Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai property market**
- Proven experience managing a sales team in real estate and at least 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of both secondary and off-plan properties
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented, professional, and proactive
Salary
