Role Overview

We are looking for a

high-impact Sales Manager

who can drive enterprise AI deals from day one.

This role requires someone with

strong existing enterprise relationships

, capable of opening doors, accelerating conversations, and closing

high-value AI engagements quickly

.

You won’t just sell a product—you will

sell AI transformation

and position SpryntZ as a strategic AI partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive
  • end-to-end enterprise sales
  • for AI services and platforms (chat, voice, automation)
  • Leverage your
  • existing network of enterprise decision-makers
  • to generate immediate pipeline
  • Identify and close
  • short-cycle, high-value AI opportunities
  • across industries
  • Build and execute
  • AI-led sales strategies
  • aligned with aggressive revenue goals
  • Translate business problems into
  • AI-driven solutions and use cases
  • **Lead client conversations from discovery → solutioning → deal closure**
  • **Collaborate with internal AI/product teams to craft tailored enterprise proposals**
  • **Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting using CRM tools**
  • **Continuously track AI trends, enterprise adoption patterns, and competitor landscape**

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in
  • enterprise sales / business development
  • (preferably SaaS, AI, or tech services)
  • **Strong existing CXO / senior stakeholder network**
  • within enterprises (critical requirement)
  • Demonstrated ability to
  • close deals quickly
  • and meet aggressive revenue targets
  • Experience selling
  • solution-based or consultative offerings
  • (not transactional sales)
  • Excellent
  • negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • **Highly self-driven, with the ability to operate independently and deliver results fast**
  • **Strong understanding of AI use cases in enterprise environments**
  • (or ability to ramp quickly)
  • Proficiency in
  • CRM tools and pipeline management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
