We're hiring a B2B Sales Manager on behalf of one of the region's most established corporate services businesses.
A trusted name supporting companies as they set up, scale, and operate across the GCC.
This is a senior sales leadership role with real ownership.
You'll head up the Channel & Partner sales team, growing revenue through a network of strategic referral partners across the Middle East.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team
- Build, deepen, and commercialise relationships with referral partners across legal, accounting, banking, and advisory
- Shape and execute the regional channel and partner sales strategy
- Own forecasting, KPIs, and pipeline performance — and report into senior leadership
- Identify, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and client services to align go-to-market
- What we're looking for
- B2B sales experience and people management skills
- Strong track record in channel, partner, alliance, or indirect sales
- Background in corporate services, professional services, banking, legal, insurance or B2B SaaS
- Commercially sharp and confident
- Based in Dubai, or ready to relocate
