About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to join our team in the education industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients.
  • Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and close sales deals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet their individual and team targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

Requirements

  • **5+ years of experience** in sale, in the education or EdTech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong network in the education sector (schools, colleges, training centers, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a sales team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
